Although The Bond Exchange is a retail agent actively promoting our products over the web, at conventions, with associations, and directly to the public, we also work with thousands of insurance agents across the country to provide surety solutions for their customers.

For some agents, we function as their "backroom" bond department - handling 100% of their agency's bond needs.

For other agents, we function as their "next step" solution where their primary bond providers could not help due to bond amount, bond type, or underwriting condition.

The Bond Exchange's in-house authority levels, access to multiple markets, and exclusive pricing or underwriting programs enable us to provide products and services that only come with being 100% focused on the surety industry.

Our processing workflow is set up to be smooth and easy with "no hassle" customer service administered by surety professionals who are friendly, knowledgeable, and actually interested in writing business.

We compensate our partners by billing the agent net of commissions. The insurance agent pays us the net amount and invoices the customer the gross amount (to include their commission and any applicable agency fees).
