Fiduciary Bond

A fiduciary is a person appointed by the court to handle someone else's affairs because they are unable to do so for whatever reason. Many times, fiduciaries are asked to obtain a type of fiduciary bond.
Examples of instances in which a fiduciary bond might be required would be a conservator of an estate of an incompetent person, the executor of a will and testament, a trustee of a testamentary trust, and many more.
Fiduciary bonds protect people whose interests are being safeguarded from any fraudulent activity.
